The 4 P’s or also known as Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program,
it is one of the government programs of President Benigno Aquino III.
The ultimate goals of this program are to achieve universal primary
education and reduce child mortality. This program is to help the poor
people under the care of the Department of Social Welfare Development.
People in this society who are recognized as a member of poor peace will
undergo family background check or what they called “Proxy Means Test”.
The applicants were not able to raise their families in terms of
financial support, and children under age 14 are qualified to avail this
program. They could not send their children to go to school because
they don’t have enough money to support for children’s education even
their daily needs. Indeed, pregnant woman benefits this program by
attending every pre and post-natal in order to monitor the developmental
of the fetus and improve maternal health. Qualified parents to avail
this 4 P’s programs will receive funds from the national down to local
government.
I agreed in this pr0gram because this program really helps a l0t 0f pe0ple in 0ur c0untry..h0pe this pr0gram never last... sana patul0y p din ang pagsup0rta ng ating mga g0byern0..

TumugonBurahini believe that the said program has 2 faces, 1 is that, the program provides a help for the Filipinos who are in need and give them the right amount as equal to their tax payments on the other hand, the second face of it is, the people are dependent not only dependent but also they don't mind for work for their living, but in general, as of now, it is really helpful.

TumugonBurahinBut not all were benefited to the said government program because there were some uncivilized people who live far from the barangay, most of them were illiterate. There were also who are member, in the real situation they were in the standard of living but how come some of them availed the said program and that program belongs only to the poor people... Do the government undergo proper scrutinized to the people?

Yeah! some people say's there is a possibilities that those members of this program might become Lazy and dependent, but it's better to be lazy than to do crime or immorality to have a money.

TumugonBurahinThe program could have been better if the survey for the beneficiaries is not done earlier but as close to the actual implementation of the program for changes or improvements to the families may occur to during the survey or choosing of qualified beneficiaries.
TumugonBurahinso, on the other side, the families chosen for the program through a certain test,is said to be inaccurate. Controversies arise that the families chosen are not really qualified to be beneficiaries of the program. Certain local or even national officials may manipulate the said program which stains the good vision of 4P's.
TumugonBurahinPresident Benigno Aquino is smart enough to come up with this program. I'm pretty sure that this program will continue helping those poor Filipino people until the time that there will be no more poor people in the country.. hopefully.

BurahinThis program really helps our country to reduce the measure of poorest of poor household in our country Phillippines. But some of the parents use the money in paying debts instead of paying the tuition fees of their children. There must be solution for this problem... But thanks to PNoy for this program!
